Rockland, MA and Louisville, CO (January 25, 2017) – Corona Environmental Consulting is excited to announce a new Corona team supporting water professionals’ use of water economics, planning and communication strategies to achieve their sustainability, affordability, informed decision-making and risk management objectives.
The new Corona team members include:
- Bob Raucher, Ph.D., Director of Water Economics
- Jim Henderson, Senior Water Resources Economist
- Janet Clements, Senior Water Resources Economist
- Karen Raucher, Policy and Communication Strategist
Our new team members bring decades of experience supporting water community decision-making and communication through benefit-cost and triple-bottom-line analysis evaluating the economic, social, and environmental implications of water-related projects and programs. Specific areas of focus include water supply planning, water reuse, desalination, stormwater, green infrastructure, integrated resource planning, and asset management. They can help you anticipate and respond to large future uncertainties, for example climate change, water scarcity and increased demand. They are also recognized for uncovering critical challenges related to buried infrastructure management.
“We are so pleased to have Bob, Jim, Janet, and Karen join us at Corona! Having worked collaboratively with one another over the last two decades, we’re excited to directly combine our expertise to further our support of the water community.” says Chad Seidel, President of Corona. “We serve a number of common clients, and we look forward to extending our data-driven decision-making services to include economics and communication strategies.”
“Providing customers with safe, affordable, and reliable water requires economic consideration”, says Bob Raucher. “Water utilities must balance cost and supply wisely to provide their customers with reliable water at affordable rates.”
